Sick and/or Urgent Care Appointments
Chester Valley is sorry to hear that your pet may be sick and we are here to help. Please fill out the Sick & Urgent Care Appointment request form. Filling out this form prior to coming down to the clinic will help us to more quickly understand your concerns and your pet’s needs.
Upon completion of your form, we will contact you promptly to set an appointment time. Please also feel free to text and/or call us at 907-333-6591 to ensure you’re scheduled as quickly as possible.
If you are able, we do request that you submit or bring in proof of Rabies vaccination, any relevant records, and a detailed list of all medications, supplements, and vitamins.

Payment is expected when services are rendered. We accept debit cards and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover) checks and cash. All credit/debit cards and checks must be verified with proper identification from the owner of the card or check. When unexpected illness strikes a pet, unexpected expenses strike as well. Chester Valley Veterinary Hospital understands this and is able to make some special arrangements through the CareCredit program. It takes just 5 minutes to complete an application and will allow you to break down your payment into 6 monthly installments if you spend more than $200. If your balance is paid in 6 months, it’s interest-free. You can either apply at our hospital or apply yourself online at: www.CareCredit.com or over the phone (800) 365-8295.
